2 colis reçus sans soucis

2 colis reçus sans soucis. Idéalement ils auraient mis les 2 colis dans le même mail, ça m'aurait évité d'en louper un (gmail regroupe les mails) et de venir 2 fois à la poste (qui est sur mon chemin donc pas un gros souci).

2 jantes bien emballées

2 jantes commandées. Livraison pas super rapide (fêtes de noël et fin d'année n'aident pas). Très bien emballé (bien mieux que certains concurrents auxquels j'ai déjà commandé des jantes par le passé).

Rim broken during transport + DPD lying

I ordered a rim. We received it damaged. The parcel was in bad shape and we wrote it when we received it.
It seems like it will be impossible to get a refund after 3 weeks because DPD and Grip500 don't want to.
DPD even went so far to say that the parcel was received intact although the receipt that they themselves provide has "damaged" written on it.

Broken rim - hard to get a refund

I ordered a rim. We received it damaged. The parcel was in bad shape and we wrote it when we received it.

Good choice and prices but ...

Lots of things for good prices. Quick delivery.
However, I received an half opened box with (fortunately) everything I had ordered. Don't know if I should blame Wiggle or customs for this one.
I find it difficult in some categories to find what I want due to the lack of filters (hub dimensions, for instance)

Parfait jusqu'à maintenant

Après 3 commandes je n'ai rien à redire. Les 3 sont arrivées à destination sans soucis et conforme. Pour la première, j'ai du passer par UPS pour me faire livrer car malheureusement il semblerait qu'il y ait des limites de poids pour certains relais colis (le plus proche acceptant la livraison aurait été à 1 heure de route). Le service client m'a fait un bon d'achat correspondant au prix de la livraison, ce qui à mon sens est un très bon geste commercial. Je n'ai par contre pas encore expérimenté le retour produit mais si il se passe comme décrit ce sera super.

Colis laissé sur mon paillasson

Commande livrée rapidement, tout s'est bien passé, produit impec.
Seul bémol, j'ai trouvé le colis posé sur mon paillasson. Les seules personnes qui passent là normalement sont mes voisins de palier, mais c'est quand même limite.
