Cartridge Save is my go-to for cartridges. Does what its name suggests.

As good for small orders as they are with much more expensive ones. Top marks.

Clear description of part online, decent price and quick delivery.

Reliably good, fast delivery. Usually has what I need when I need it. Nothing to complain about.

Product comparatively expensive. It was not clear on the site when I ordered that it would have to be shipped from abroad and I was fooled by the .UK site-name. There was no option to expedite - and although customer service was communicative and tried to be helpful (hence the three stars) I ended up not using the product for the purpose I bought it as it arrived just too late to be useful.

My only criticism is the photography of items - but I guess that comes from the brands and is not the company's thing.

This purchase was of what seemed to be unreasonably expensive spare parts for very expensive ear plugs. No problem with the service - although £2.00 for postage for something that would go in a small envelope seemed a lot - but as a regular winter swimmer I have now given up on the plugs themselves. They do the job and are impossible to lose, but parts break far too quickly and they become leaky (and hence useless).
There are cheaper plugs out there which may work better for some people. These plugs are OK - but expensive is not always the best.

I had to contact about my policy recently. I didn't have to wait in an interminable queue and the person who answered the phone was very helpful, fast and knowledgable.

Go outdoors is a good shop, generally. In this instance I felt that delivery could have been a day or two faster which is why I have cut off a star, but I expect high summer post-Brexit and post-pandemic are to blame.

I had to send my purchases back because the fit was not good. No fuss returns and money refunded promptly. Can't ask for more.

I have used Fotospeed in the past and found them to be very good. On this occasion the website said next working day delivery on all the items that I wanted - but only some of my order was delivered. I ordered late on a Friday and expected delivery on the following Tuesday - but got an email to let me know it was not going to happen - and that I would have to wait another week to receive the printer to go with the paper. This is a minor thing in the scale of things, but stops them getting a full 5 stars this time around.

Pushed into opening a PayPal account by a client who claimed it was the only way she could pay me. Now find I cannot get my payment - it is unclear why - either for 72 hours or 3 weeks (again not sure which and cannot find out), in spite of having registered a bank account and getting a message that told me I could withdraw the money. To top it all - they have charged me £15 on a £300 payment in fees. Outrageous! I will be closing this account as soon as I have withdrawn my balance and will not deal with Paypal again.
