I have developed a problem with my Sacramento fire (under three years old) and quite frankly, the after sales service is appalling. I took out an extended guarantee (still in date) and no-one is responding to send out an Engineer to diagnose the problem. I lost three hours of my life this week holding on the line and being told to phone a maintenance company which the warranty is not with. The extended warranty is in date. Incredibly, the retailer has exactly the same problem with them. I doubt there will be any response to this review other than call the flame division which, of course, will be a repeat of the previous experience. I would strongly recommend careful thought before buying a fire from this company. Reading recent reviews, I am not alone !
28/11 - the response was so predictable. You might like to ask them to mail me as I already sent a copy of my guarantee. Perhaps a mail to the company chair will do the trick!

I would give a negative rating if possible! A total disregard of property treading dirt through the house and the back office do not care either. I would strongly recommend that this company is not used if you value your property because it will be soiled with no redress.
