Trust Pilot works for me.
Easy to click on a 1 in 5 star rating for the company, product, or service being reviewed. Then sufficient comment space (not limited to one sentence like some places) for reviewer comments. On top of that, Trust Pilot seems to submit reviews for companies, products, and services that are important to review. (I don't give reviews for purchases of everything I purchase, especially common items that I may have already reviewed. Keep up the good work, Trust Pilot.

Mosh knows how to teach!
For nearly half a century, I have preferred using written text (books and manuals) over video instruction because many persons that know the subjects being taught very well, are, in fact, not that good at teaching others. Teaching/instructing students is a special skill - Mosh Hamadani has that skill, very well honed. Mosh is an excellent tutor.

Promptness of responses, direct and accurate replies to my concerns or questions, courtesy and politeness of the person with which I was communicating, and, as in previous contact with Network Solutions, generally a very pleasant and knowledgeable experience.

Sufficient product information was provided by your sales representative. Your sales representative was friendly and polite. The purchase process was pretty simple to complete. Installation of the product went pretty smoothly (some complexity at my location caused the installer a little bit of extra work). The system installed seems to work fine. The weather protection device for the controller is not really very secure (I think, my opinion, that a strong wind or heavy rain could dislodge the protective cover, allowing potential damage to occur to the timer/controller unit.)

When I put the flags up, I noticed that the Florida state flag was larger than the US flag. I ordered 3x5 size for both. I did not have time to take actual dimensions yet (our event was pressing and I did not have a measurement tool with me), so I hoisted the flags. I don't think anyone except me noticed the difference during our event. Eventually I will get back to take actual measurements and will send an email to you. Other than this issue, my experience with united-states-flag.com was better than excellent. Thank you so very much (like a breath of fresh air compared to some other Internet experiences). M. Mayo

Why the slight reduction in score?
One mechanism mounting hole on the bottom of the seat was disfigured and did not allow the bolt to fully tighten. No problem for me, I just re-tapped the threaded hole, but other customers might not have the tools or know-how. You should do a thread go/no-go check on all threaded holes.

The spring that allows leaning while sitting is too strong. I tried adjusting the tension but still too strong.

The spring loaded air cylinder that is used to adjust the height of the chair probably works just fine for most people. For my heavy body (330+ pounds), it functions like most other chairs of the type. The air seal begins to leak after use. Not sure this is an issue you want to correct on standard chairs, but perhaps an offering of 'heavy loading' chairs might be something to consider, if the market would support it.

I am completely happy with the chair, and ... much of my lower back pain (the main reason I purchased the chair) has begun to subside. Thank you.
