The customer service with this company is abysmal.
I opened a ticket to find out how to transfer my domains over to a new owner, not a difficult ask I wouldn’t have thought. The ticket was opened on the 2nd October, I got a reply on the 17th October asking if it was still an ongoing issue, I replied it was and have not heard another word since despite emailing on the 21st and 22nd.
I have just had a reply from yourselves, approx 4 weeks later.
I can’t reply to this because I have left the business now and can longer login. I did the transfer of the domain and yet today I find you have taken £9.54 from my account. I would appreciate a refund please.

Review of Carphone Warehouse Part of Currys.
I ordered a package of iphone 15, vodafone sim and plug.
The parcel arrived the next day with no phone in it.
I phoned customer service who raised an investigation into a missing parcel. I was told I had to wait 6 working days even though it's not my fault.
I emailed back to say it wasn't a missing parcel even sending the picture of the parcel being delivered where you can clearly see there is no phone in the parcel. No reply. I emailed 3 more times: no reply.
I phoned up 3 times to be fobbed off with an investigation. When it was the 7th working day I was told I have to wait a further 72 hours because they haven't had any feedback from DPD! So, no investigation has been going on for 7 working days and I am now expected to wait another 72 hours just incase DPD get back to them. The fact is it's not DPDs problem but a problem in their own warehouse, but I can't get anyone to listen.
Absolute disgrace of a company. I have paid for a phone package and still have no phone.
There would not be one star on this review if I had a choice.

Booked 4 parcels to be collected by Parcelforce, they didn't turn up. 3 days later no email, nothing. Tried to contact Parcel2go: impossible.
Got refunded on parcels and rebooked with DX parcels collected, received an email from parcel2go saying address problem. No way of contacting them, they link to a live chat that never gets through.
The parcels that should have been delivered yesterday are somewhere in transit and I have no way of finding out what is going on. Absolute rubbish I will never use them again.

If I could put no stars I would.
I have a migraine from trying to work out how to compose the most basic email to send out.
I've used mailchimp for a few years now and it was fine. I have no idea why they would change the website to such en extent that it is basically unusable.

Third time phoning about constant wi-fi drop out. I am currently waiting over half an hour just for someone to answer the phone. Will be changing providers again if this is not sorted asap. it's hard enough trying to run a business.

Have a contract with a subsidiary of this group. Paid hundreds of pounds for them to sell my business. The only contact I have had since Christmas 2022 is a threatening email telling me not to sign up with another company. I have emailed both Business Sales and Accentia and have had no reply whatsoever. I would like a refund of my money as they are not a reputable company. Absolutely avoid at all costs. I wouldn't even give them one star.

Nissan customer service is practically non-existent. One of the selling points on the car I bought a few months ago was the Apple Car Play. I changed my phone at my own expense but when the car arrived there was no Apple Car Play. The car cannot be changed that is fact, but maybe refund my £80 Nissan!!
They asked me to email the details then didn’t reply. I followed up again and was told he was on holiday but would get back to me ASAP. No reply. I followed up again, he had to get in touch with someone else and would reply ASAP. No reply. And so it continues...
If you want good customer service after you purchase a car don’t bother with Nissan. If I could give no stars I would.

I bought £55 worth of goods from Berrylook. When they arrived (approx 2 months later!) the quality of the clothes was shocking and none of them fit properly.
When I asked to return them I was told that I would have to pay the return postage to China. This amounted to £145.
At no time during during the ordering process was I informed that this company is based in China and returns are impossible.
This company should not be allowed to trade they breach every trading standard known to man.
Do not waste your money.

Review of Brayleys Cars
I bought a Nissan Micra in June ‘19. One of the selling points was Apple car play. I had a Samsung and purposely paid off my contract and changed to an Apple phone so it would be compatible with my new car. I tried to pair the phone with the car but it became obvious that it did not have Apple car play. Which was confirmed when I took it to the showroom. I sent a complaint into Nisssn customer services and got a reply saying they would be in touch that was about ) weeks ago. I filled I a survey they sent to let them know I wasn’t impressed and yet again no reply. So I phoned up the manager of the showroom who was in a meeting and would phone me back as soon as he came out. That was a week ago. Needless to say I am not impressed with the initial sale and certainly not with any customer service.
