A fitting was broken in the box and I emailed within minutes of delivery 3 weeks ago, my emails are being ignored and they do not answer the phone at all . The recorded message says due to technical issues the phone cannot be answered and that’s been like that for 3 weeks !Terrible service

Shockingly bad customer care

Sent a faulty stages power meter back to them received by them on 21/06/19 over 4 weeks ago and had no feedback can’t even speak to a real person or get a reply to an email other than an automated response .Shocking customer care for terrible service .
