A bit of a up and down with them where…

A bit of a up and down with them where i went to their place to replace the windscreen because it was raining, got there and they had the wrong one, came back home and then one of the guys came and and repaired the existing one out. Anyhow would advise to check before making a trek.

Good and straightforward service

Joined since November, Madison is quite knowledgeable and informs me of any things i need to be aware of. Everything has been done in time and response is swift. It is still early days but i do hope they keep up the quality and hope it will be 5* even 1 year down the line. I would recommend, them, they are not stuck in the stone age with xls spreadsheets and weird procedures.

Reglaze service - not worth it

Order reference: DS-1617098841-55011
I sent out a pair of rimless glasses to be reglazed. Obviously that was my only pair of glasses and main ones, so i said it would be a quick turnaround based on their reviews, HOW WRONG I WAS. it is not well over 2 weeks and no glasses what so ever. I have called and write to the customer service they always tell me that they are going to be shipped today, another day passes and nothing. If you need to reglaze i would suggest use the high street optitions ,at least they take 1 h to fit not 1 month.
