On point pricing, fast delivery and when I had a product query, the phone was answered quickly by someone who knew what they were talking about and gave me a precise answer. Can't do better than that.

Very quick delivery. Normal out of control courier issues leaving the paint roadside whilst reporting it was left in a safe place, but Next day not to blame for that. On the money but not the cheapest, but NDP had stock and the cheaper ones didn't.

Bought a double pole switch. Spark had to throw away as didn't work. Not worth the hassle of sending back so binned it and went to nearest stockist of the same switch and got a replacement so sparky could continue work. Delivery etc and ordering experience good, but kit faulty so 2 stars.

I have got a few of these sprayers, each used for different things/chemicals. Hadn't bought from Mad4Tools before. Price competitive and arrived when it should, however all the others I have were all supplied with two measuring cups and they were missing on this one so marked down the stars.

Good products, market pricing, well laid out store and most importantly the staff are cheerful, helpful and know their stuff.

Lose a star for each of two reasons.
1. I asked to be notified in advance of delivery day as delivery to my sons house. Didn't happen and delivery turned up with no notice. Luckily my son was day off and could receive the delivery.
2. Same fault with Robert Charles Sumo lid latch that others have reported

Reasonable supplier. Nothing to complain about. Gained stars for price ( 5 ) but lost one for Chat assistants not understanding what is being written and the graphs of usage bear no resemblance to actual usage. This is minor so no loss of a star.

Made ( pun sorry ) two purchases recently. First one was two bedside tables that were excellent quality, albeit quite expensive, and looked exactly as pictured. The only minor issue was that the description was incorrect ( described as walnut and grey but there is no grey ), so phoned the Birmingham store to discuss with an assistant who promised to look into it with someone at HQ and get back to me. Didn't happen and description was the same for weeks afterwards. Maybe I should take a star away for that but the second purchase was a wall clock which we love.

the online system didn't recognise the cooker having submitted all the details. my neighbours either side have the exact same cooker so submitted the required details from their cookers. no luck. made a decision to order the " universal " seal. not universal. had cut the seal to the required lengths when i noticed that the fixing hooks were 180 degrees incorrect. tried bending with pliers but too short to fix into the fixing holes. threw away. no use. rang e spares. provided the very same cooker details that i had submitted online and the assistant immediately cross referenced to the e spares part number and sent to me. ordered one. fitted expensive and very expensive repair having bought a useless universal one first. 3 stars as cooker working but less 1 for the useless universal and less 1 for the online system not recognising the details that the assistant could. generous really at 3 stars. having posted what i consider to be a fair review e spares responded quickly with a satisfactory solution meaning i will use e spares again.

booked online. no knowledge of my booking on the Halfords system when I got to the garage. payment and the booking was 5 weeks in advance. no knowledge of payment either. garage fine, saying it had happened a couple of times before, so experience at garage good, but the online syetem doesnt work 100% clearly. only one MOT slot spare so i had to have that one which meant a full day without the car, instead of half a day.

came across this company at a couple of country shows. having already had a sheep wool quilt for a few years on our 5 foot bed i was always going to have another when we decided to big up to a 6 foot. previous one was from another company who we went to at the first of the two shows but the staff member was too busy to see to us even though there were no customers other than us. we then came across this firm and i have to say the staff member couldnt be more helpful or delightful so decision made in my head there and then even though we would not buy the new bed for some months ahead. purchased the lightweight which is more than warm enough so far this mild winter. well made and priced and does the job. delivered from stock quickly. youngest son now sleeps in the 5 foot with the old wool quilt and loves it compared to his old synthetic.
