I tried to reverse a charge on my credit card over the phone. The representative asked me a bunch of security question which were not the normal ones then told me that I did not answer them correctly but wouldn't tell me which I supposedly answer wrong but I didn't. Then told me I had to got to a local branch to show two pieces of ID what bullshit. I asked for someone else to talk to but refused and said I failed to answer the security questions right. I will go to the branch get my money back on the scam comforter and cancel my credit card. Such bullshit.

I bought a Wow scratch pen on Nov 7th, of course was put through right away. I got an email Nov 14th that it was shipped, and got a email that it was suppose to be received a week later. I sent in an email Dec 9 inquiring where my order was and received prompt email back telling me it would be 30-60 days from purchase. Christmas came and went and I still don't have the product, it is Jan 18th. I email them Jan 9 and the 12 asking for my money back and of course have not heard back from them. So not impressed. I now will be talking to the credit card company and hopefully get my money back. I will NEVER order from this company again and hope no one else will. Read reviews before you buy from a company that was my lesson learned :-(
