AVOID

order number 20203586246 ordered two bouquets of roses and two orders of plants, the roses have arrived but not the plants! I have sent numerous emails and messages through their website and no one responds! Take note I also paid extra for what they call prioplus, the plants never arrived and they won't respond! Now it's either you refund me for those plants or you send them, otherwise I will be filing legal charges against your company! So they just responded after I have written this review, they are giving me the tracking number of one of the bouquet of roses, there were two tracking numbers, one for each of the bouquet of roses. They are trying to cheat me, they sent the roses and now utilises the same tracking number of those roses to make it appear that they have sent the plants that I have paid for! Germany is just a few km from where I live, I will file a police report against your company and check my legal options! YOU ARE THIEVES

AVOID!!!

Did not receive my order and they don't respond to emails nor would they refund my money! When they were still communicating they said that they are waiting to hear from the investigation conducted by UPS, UPS called me to confirm that they have closed their investigation and have notified theoutnet, yet to this date the outnet will not give me back my money!

horrible experience, nightmare-esque

I have been a long time client with this company and I can not express how unhappy I am with their services. One would think that with their high fees their services would be seamless! Today 23rd of September I have been trying to access my account since this afternoon, we are now past 7 PM, it allows me in but would give me an error message when I try to get a visual of my money on there, their withdrawal tab gives the same error message. I have contacted customer service four times and four times I got different responses. Can you fix your website or get someone who knows what's going contact me?

Avoid This Company – Order Not Received, No Communication

I placed an order with BimsBeautyLtd on the 6th of April and, as of today, I have received nothing. No product, no shipping update, and not a single response to my emails.

I’ve tried reaching out to Shopify (since they run their store through that platform), but was told to wait 30 days — which is absolutely unacceptable. This company has taken my money and completely ghosted me. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

I’m writing this review to warn others: avoid BimsBeautyLtd at all costs. Based on my experience, they are unresponsive, unreliable, and potentially scamming customers. I will be pursuing a chargeback to get my money back.

If you’re considering ordering from them, I strongly suggest you don’t. It’s not worth the risk.

Horrid experience, customer service not helpful

Placed an order the 28th of April and never received, almost 400 euro worth. My family and I were travelling out of the country, initial delivery date was 6th of May, which was the date that we were returning. Delivery according to tracking has been delivered the 5th of May instead. There was no notice in our letter box, none of our neighbours have received the package, I therefore had contacted Cultbeauty customer service regarding the issue. They give me the same response to this date (almost one month after) that they are still 'investigating' the whereabouts of my order. One would think that for almost 400 euro the parcel would be signed for, when I had asked who had signed for the parcel they couldn't give me an answer. How on earth am I supposed to trace it on my end? I have emailed and messaged customer service to refund my money given that it is their responsibility to make sure I get the order that I have paid for. We are the 26th of May and I still haven't received my money back! Terrible, I would not recommend this company!

Despite being highly disappointed that they hadn't forewarned me that the glasses weren't in stock, I have to say that I have received my refund promptly which tells me that you have to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Paid for 2 dresses only received 1 still waiting for my money!

I have ordered two dresses and only received one. To this date customer service has not responded after they had asked me to send a photo of the dress I received. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company this afternoon to recuperate my payment for that other dress I had paid for! Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company!

Highly disappointed!

Placed on order on the 25th of January to make sure I get the lingerie on time for Valentine's day, never received my order! Luxembourg isn't at the other end of the world and have ordered from the UK in the past and always got my order within 7 working days...unless of course the delivery is done by foot which is highly unlikely! I did get a refund, none the less still very disappointed as I would have wanted to get my order instead!
