The issue I had was fairly a basic one, it concerned proper tweaking of the tool. However, not being a technical person, I seeked support from WP Rocket.
i received a same-day reply which explained the tool, the steps to take, while proposing to get into the admin and do it themselves, even improving the settings.
Within 2 days all was sorted out, with kindness and patience. Thanks to Mirna and the team.
