I have used 192.com for years both professionally and personally. The information is clear and well presented. After very many years I contacted customer support about an issue that was caused by my own idiocy and they were prompt, helpful and generous. Highly recommended.

I rang a solicitors with a very specific request about a piece of legislation regarding probate that was awkward to find. I had googled every way I could to find what I wanted. They said they were not allowed to tell me as it would be considered "ADVICE" and therefore charged an extortionate amount. I rang the Co-op legal services, they did not know what the legislation was despite asking round the office. A few minutes later they rang back as someone had researched it and gave me the link to the applicable law in question on the government website. What a great response, just helpful, friendly and accurate. A real credit to your organisation and would definitely use their services should I need anything legal in the future.

Lenny Henry advertises a guaranteed good nights sleep for customers using a Premier Inn bed. So my partner and I splashed out for two pillow top mattresses from John Lewis, one for ourselves and as a touch of luxury, another for our guests. We were told by John Lewis staff it was the same but better than Premier Inn, 1600 springs as opposed to 1000. All I can say is that Lenny would have a shock and sleepless night if he was ever a guest at our house.

We tried the Hypnos mattress with top pillow at two different John Lewis stores before spending the huge amount of money involved. At the store the beds were soft, comfortable and a joy to lie on. We were assured they had even more comfortable than the Premier Inn ones. In store they seemed like that was right.

However the mattresses that were delivered were hard and uncomfortable. We were told that it may take 3 months to settle in.....hard to imagine a Hotel chain would buy a mattress that took that long before customers could be guaranteed a good nights sleep.

My partners health has begun to suffer and she now suffers from sleepness nights and pains developing in her hips and legs that disappear when we are not sleeping on that mattress. We have sabotaged ourselves by her not being able to even use the spare bed as it has the same type of mattress. The bed has no give in it, there is no sense of sinking into the soft pillow top as with the mattress in store. It is hard, unforgiving, a bit like John Lewis themselves who have been less than helpful.

One reason I am writing this review is they have not published my partners original review. They have said we needing a divan base, which is quite the opposite of what we were told when we bought new slatted bed bases to go with the mattresses. They have quizzed us on how often we turn it.(Yes we have). Have we used a vacuum on it (No we haven't). The one thing they will not address is that the bed in the store is not the same as the ones that have been delivered to our home almost 6 months ago.

I cannot recommend this bed less. We will not let this matter rest, nor will we take it lying down. My sincere belief is you should not buy this mattress because what is on display in the store is not what you are likely to have delivered.

I dropped my daughter off at the airport and spent a minute or so doing that then a bit longer queuing to pay what turned out to be £3 for a four minute drop off. Greedy people who run this airport should be ashamed of themselves.
