Account opening confusion

Wanted to open my new account with £10000 from my nominated account and add in a ISA transfer from my Paragon ISA
account was opened with a £10000 ISA transfer
Obviously could be my fault but outcome was not wanted

Payment issues

Not had cause to claim for a fault with my car. I have had to talk with the admin department due to Barclaycard replacing my card due to a fraud risk. This resulted in my regular payment being refused and I received an email to that effect. I telephoned and the call was answered straight away. I explained the circumstances further complicated by having not received the new card with the details needed to make the payment. The very positive person suggested the payment date was put back in order to allow me to provide the new card details when available. My payment has now been made and all is well.

Wine not delivered despite messages

Wine not delivered despite messages
No delivery agent card to indicate where wine would be had it been delivered
This is second time this has happened which caused me problems so do not need!
