They don't refund the money of your orders.
They don't refund the money if you return your orders, but they give you a voucher.... which expires within 1 year. If you don't use it, your money is GONE! Very often, the prices are higher than in the concurrence, and the quality of the products are questionable. I don't recommend using the app/ company.

According to our terms and conditions, you can return items within 30 days of receipt, unless they are excluded from return. By default, refunds are issued in the form of a voucher, as we order most items specifically for our customers.
A direct refund to the payment method will only be issued if the return is due to an error on DeinDeal's part (shipping errors, for example).
Our customers will be notified in a timely manner before the credit note expires. In this case, there is the option to extend the credit note period to ensure it can still be used.
In many cases, you can contact our customer service after processing to verify a refund to your payment method.
Not all of our items have a "Best Price" guarantee. The starting price is the price recommended by the brand for the Swiss market. It is always beneficial to compare prices to ensure you are getting the best deal.
