Shockingly bad website and app

This rating relates to the BA app and website. How anybody manages to complete a flight booking on their shockingly bad website and app is beyond me. Is BA not embarrassed by this shambles?!

Generally good to fly with...if you can book a flight.

Impossible to get hold of customer service.

I ordered a Large bag as a Christmas present, and wanted to exchange it for the Medium size. Should be easy. However, when I go to request an exchange, it says there is nothing available to exchange (despite all bags being in stock, as per their website). Instead, they want me to return the bag, incurring a shipping fee, whereas no shipping fee would be charged for an exchange. Seems like a way to get more money out of people to me.

Emailed customer service 3 times with no response, to request an exchange. Tried to use their website chat, however it is always offline. Reached out via Instagram and Facebook. No response.

Utterly rubbish. And just to add, as many others have mentioned, the bag itself is not anywhere near the quality I would expect for the price. It's pretty basic.

Embarrassingly poor wifi

Embarrassingly poor wifi, frequently have to switch wifi off on my phone at home and use mobile data instead, as basic web pages won't load on the wifi.

Router is new (been with Vodafone for about 3 months), we are on their best package and no, I am not miles from the router. This even happens when sat in my living room, two metres from the router with direct line of sight.

Can't wait to leave!

Shocking quality, dark patches, durability is a myth

Shocking paint quality. Supposedly cleanable (hahahahaha, good one!). Painter and decorator used this paint for our hall, stairs and landing. As others have said, it is not wipeable/cleanable without leaving large dark patches behind. Pathetic. I can see why the trade use it and rave about it, because customers will need walls to be repainted in no time, very lucrative. Valspar all the way baby!

Farcical customer experience

Breakdown of package and offers is a smoke and mirrors affair. You agree one price on the phone then they send something completely different through in the confirmation email. I have just renegotiated for 24 months, and future predicted bills are currently showing as c£20/mth higher than agreed on the phone. I was told on the phone that correct future bills would show within 24 hours (it's been 4 days). Even once these future bills reflect what is in the email confirmation of the package and price, this is still c£6/mth higher than what was agreed on the phone. I had this exact issue last time I renewed 2 years ago; and it took me months and hours on the phone to multiple agents, to get them to adjust the bills to the correct, agreed value. They record their calls (allegedly), strongly recommend you do the same when speaking to them, as you may need it for proof of what was agreed (don't want to rely on their recording in case it's misplaced of course). Added to this sh*show, I have had issues with a flicking picture for months. After waiting 3 weeks for an 'engineer' to come out, they arrived and did nothing at all. Had to contact them again, wait another 3 weeks for an engineer to come out, who replaced the main Sky Q box. And the picture is now flickering more than it was before. They don't know what they are doing.

Avoid. As per others, payment swiftly taken, no order confirmation provided, no goods received and Luxe Light ("Phobe") conveniently has no record of the order/transaction.

Of course, with no order confirmation provided and an order number required by Luxe Light to track said order, we go round in circles...

Dispute raised with bank.
