Impossible to get hold of customer service.
I ordered a Large bag as a Christmas present, and wanted to exchange it for the Medium size. Should be easy. However, when I go to request an exchange, it says there is nothing available to exchange (despite all bags being in stock, as per their website). Instead, they want me to return the bag, incurring a shipping fee, whereas no shipping fee would be charged for an exchange. Seems like a way to get more money out of people to me.
Emailed customer service 3 times with no response, to request an exchange. Tried to use their website chat, however it is always offline. Reached out via Instagram and Facebook. No response.
Utterly rubbish. And just to add, as many others have mentioned, the bag itself is not anywhere near the quality I would expect for the price. It's pretty basic.
