I ordered online Tissot brand Lady's wrist watch
I ordered online Tissot brand Lady's wrist watch on 21-11-22 and for the New customer there was a welcome discount But the code didn't work so, I had to call them and did the order online and I chose to pay via Zip pay which was accepted as a payment option and received the email.
My money was gone via Zip pay But they didn't send my delivery, holding my order and I was just keep waiting for my delivery to arrive but never delivered the order and I made an enquiry to the customer service desk and they ask me to put the order again because customer service said they cancelled my order twice because they don't want Zip pay payment without any notification to me.
So, this order was a Gift to my In-law so, I made online order again by paying my personal Bank account again didn't get the order delivery. When I contacted to customer service and found out they put my order as a suspicious order as thwy said on phone so, I couldn't make any order through Wallce Bishop which is very much frustrating and harassment to the customer lingering, not providing the clear information on online about the payment options and the customer service people was just pretending as if they are helping but not really helping.
My question to wallace Bishop is Why you don't provide clear information to the customer and kept lingering and put in the dark???
My First time experience which was ridiculous and disgusting service.
Then I had to order online from different store with no issues.
