I wish I had checked here first.
Fraudulent sellers. Selling items as genuine lifelike reborn dolls when what arrives isn’t lifelike, paid extra for a silicone vinyl body, it’s not even rubbery or lifelike to touch, it’s more like plastic, softer than a traditional dolly but rigid nonetheless. Won’t pay return costs, constantly try and offer pathetic percentages for refunds, 10% 20% 30% and that’s only going up marginally based on days of back and forth communication. It’s a £73 baby! Of course 10% isn’t going to cut it, heck, not even 30% is acceptable. The item I ordered, I am quickly and easily able to locate on other websites, with the exact same image, for half the cost. Clearly the photos are being used widely and here ‘reborndollsshop’ are, recreating a version that isn’t a genuine reborn. Doing their best counterfeit version. Waste of money, waste of energy, waste of time.

Baggy joggers… in love!!

Bought a lovely pair of baggy joggers and a crop top to go with them. They looked exactly as I’d hoped and were true to size as well. Speedy delivery and great quality clothes!

Just the same as everyone here

Just the same as everyone here, found a charge on my card with absolutely no knowledge of who they are.

Looks like I’m not the only one.

So I want to know how is this happening? How can do many people have these unauthorised transactions happening? I checked my emails and my internet history and the company wasn’t there. Until I visited them today of course. I’ve managed to cancel the subscription I had no idea even existed and I’ve reported this to my bank.

I don’t live near my family

I don’t live near my family, I’m over 200 miles away, so I use Moonpig a lot! I live in a remote area and there aren’t always many cars options. I have two children growing everyday so I love being able to include pictures of them in the cards so my family can keep them forever. My mum has a space on her wall where she keeps all the cards I’ve sent.

Seems I have had the same or similar…

Seems I have had the same or similar problems to others after a free trial!!

Tastecard are refusing to refund the subscription fee, which I never knew was going out. I had an email asking if I’d Been enjoying my 3 months free trial, it prompted me to log on (as I hadn’t for 3 months) just to double check I had cancelled it, as I thought I had.

Upon logging on I received no information, not to mention I never received a tastecard in the post.
Based on the lack of information, like a membership number on the website I thought I had remembered to cancel it so wasn’t worried,but I’m the fee went unexpectedly.

I requested cancellation via email, explained the above and all of this was done at 6:30am (before the 5pm deadline they told me I had), however it took a few days of repeated emails and me eventually calling among my incredibly busy and odd hours for the company to even locate my account! Now they tell me I can’t have a refund as I had until 5pm the same day I was debuted, except, I did request this before 5pm the same day! Because they kept sending me the same emails requesting my name and address etc and that they couldn’t find me it’s actually their fault it’s taken so long!

I am beyond cross with this service because A; no card was received therefore I hadn’t even realised it was still an active membership. B; they’re saying my info doesn’t show online because I didn’t activate my card (again impossible considering I didn’t get one, which I have stated multiple times plus said on the phone) and C; they aren’t even considering the fact that I have explained financial difficulty due to my circumstances as a single parent in full time education on benefits currently.

I have launched a request through PayPal however I fear I’ll have to create a more official complaint. I’ve sent proof of the email I sent, with the time it was sent in hopes they acknowledge this. I won’t hold my breath.


*** Edit specifically to respond to Tastecard. You’ve not really understood and taken in what the actual problem I have personally is. Therefore, all you’ve done is show how competent you are at following scripts. Also, you as a company private message one thing but respond to my review with something completely different, trying to undermine my experience and personal, individual problem. ***

tastecard is an ongoing subscription, there are no hidden terms, we do make this clear and hope that members read the information that we provide to them.

We even go as far as putting it on all website banners so that members are fully aware that their membership will renew, we make this clear upon sign up, in the confirmation email and renewal reminder.

We offer different types of membership, one which has a plastic card and a digital only, your membership is digital only and does not have a card. to use this type of membership you would need download the tastecard App

We do make our members aware at sign up that you membership will auto renew. You can cancel at any time during as long as we hear from you before 5pm on the working day prior to the expiry, you can cancel through the team on 08005677241 or on the website through the FAQ's and once cancelled you receive e mail confirmation with a unique reference number. to look in to this further for you we would require that reference number.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous! I ordered a Cosatto supa stroller Foxtrot, What did I receive? I received a broken, clearly used Cosatto box, containing an OBaby Disney pram in a used condition, with a clasp that doesn't even keep the pushchair closed and together.

I am horrified, I have parted with £115, put my trust in the company, and what do I get in return? it feels much like a kick in the teeth! now I have a 15 month old baby and absolutely no pushchair!

I am currently awaiting a response, since their office is closed, so my only option was an online form!

No paperwork or invoice either! Very very unprofessional! How any company can even let a box leave the warehouse in such a state is one thing, but for something completely different to be packed inside is just outrageous!
