Terrible support, many services do not work out of box, impossible to fix, like a debit card, funding etc.
if you are lucky it works, if not - just forget about it, all you hear is - we have security system which blocks everything including legal transactions.

Vivaaerobus is an absolute Scam! Don't ever use it!
They cancelled our flight last minute (really last minute) and did not even try to send an email or SMS.
The flight just disappeared from departing board just 2 hours before departure!
after 3 month still no compensation and money spent on tickets
