Great communication re delivery time as usual, very helpful.
One note for your driver… he carried my parcel on its side under his arm before handing it to me, this caused my cupcakes to be a bit squished. Driver should take care to keep parcels upright.

The vegan selection just keeps getting better and better. Great prices, and the delivery process is one of the best as you are kept up to date as to the actual delivery time.

I have bought many tees from Sunfrog over the years, the quality of fabric unfortunately seems to be decreasing a bit and often there are sizing differences between tees that I’ve ordered in the same size (e.g. ordered all in size XL and they all have a label saying XL but vary in width, even though they’re all the same brand and style).

My last order included one tee in the wrong size, and one that was quite badly marked. However customer service was very prompt and replacements were sent quickly, thanks.

Fantastic range of vegan products at great prices. Easy website to navigate though some vegan products don’t show in the “vegan” section so I make sure I look at the whole website. Excellent delivery...delivery tracking that first gives a 4 hour timeframe then 2 hours, then down to the minute the delivery is expected, which makes planning your day much easier. Contactless delivery, you get a text once they’ve left it at your door.

Great range of vegan products, low free postage threshold, and great delivery! They seem to be continually adding new products too which is great.

Ok service, driver put delivery box down on footpath outside my gate and asked if I could get it from there. Other couriers leave inside gate on doorstep.

It was 20kg so quite heavy to bring inside.

Quite easy to use and clear about inclusions, exclusions etc. The app is very handy too.
