Horrible customer service

Bought a garden sun shade, had it less than 3 weeks when it broke beyond repair. Trying to contact customer service is virtually impossible and when I finally managed it was told they would be in contact. Not heard from them since. Will never buy from them again

Brilliant after sales customer service...

I bought a 4m2 kiosk through a third party site who gave the wrong information regarding delivery dates etc. Timbela were great at communicating with me and when the kiosk arrived it was very easy to put together and manufactured to a much better quality than we expected for the price. I would not hesitate to buy from them again but directly next time.... thank you for everything
