The printer equipment has meet all expeditions, and like all things 3d printed, the printer required a little bit of fine tuning to get just right to be successful, otherwise I have been happy with my K2 pro purchase.

Equipment and items shipped though FedEx arrived on time and one piece, everything else though the vendor GoFo has been awful, things lost and delayed or getting other people's packages instead. There is also doesn't seem to be an option to use anyone else (usps, FedEx, ups)

Bought a Pair X9's for my Xbox 1X and PC. comfortable and sound great when they work. Contacted support and all they did was copy and paste 2 times what they have posted on the website. Basically if hitting the reset button doesn't fix it, that's it, all they offer to help. They blame your network hardware, your xbox and anything else for a poorly implemented wireless headset. They use the "Xbox Wireless" is a proprietary protocol developed by Microsoft, like it's not there fault the hardware doesn't work when I have multiple Xbox's in my home and none of them seem to have an issues with a wired controller and a headset plugged into the the controller.

Basically i have a really nice 190$ headset, that only works when you plug a cable into it (that they don't include....) because the BT and Xbox wireless don't work (even if they sit on top of my computer or xbox)
