I rang customer service on Monday as my Xpelair bathroom fan was starting to get noisy.
As I still had proof of purchase, and it was within the warranty period, a simple copy of invoice sent by email was all that was required for a replacement to be sent out within 5-7 days.
Today is Friday and it arrived this morning.
We now have a silent running fan once again.

I ordered a cold frame from QVC, as it was a great price.
The customer service advisor I spoke to was very helpful and the order was processed and delivered quickly.

This is my third purchase from Charles Taylor as the quality is really good, prices are reasonable and delivery by their own staff is a bonus.

This is our second Outdoor Revolution awning purchase and is very good quality. It's easy to erect and take down withe easy to follow instructions.

I cannot fault DPD in general.
