The colors do not translate well

The colors do not translate well. In person, the colors also don't seem to match with each piece. Although manufacturer and model number were provided, there were no accomodations made by KUDU for the handle recesses. The magnets are a bit flimsy and show it terribly with creases that got made while trying to re-install when they fell off multiple times.

Overall, disappointed.

I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your order. Please note, as explained in the instructions provided, the magnets need to be applied carefully, rolled with the printed side up, held in place, and smoothed on. If applied incorrectly or forced, they can crease or fall off.

Bought a jacket for my husband for…

Bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas. We live in the Northeast and the jacket seemed acceptable for just going from car to location. Not expected to use for extended time outdoors. For $169 ("on sale") I guess my expectations were way too high. It's a glorified windbreaker! Will not be purchasing anything else from them.

I expected better quality and slightly…

I expected better quality and slightly quicker delivery (exactly one month). The pleats are not even and the length is more than stated for a "petite". The waistband is also not as stretchy as The commercials lead you to believe. The "waffle" material is not like what I have become used to in this country. I'm just really disappointed and fearing the return process.
*edit to add: after seeing this, they wanted to "save" me the trouble of a return (because I didn't like the color!!??) and give me a credit of "$59.9" to purchase more! I have NO intentions of doing business with them again.
