I can always count on my tinctures to arrive in good shape and quickly :)

I have recurring tincture orders with Pure Formulas a few years. If I need a tincture sooner than the automatic date it is very easy to request that it be sent sooner. They are delivered very quickly. The tinctures themselves are very high quality and I highly recommend Pure Formulas.

This is about trying to stop receiving their catalogue. On hold for over 10 minutes trying to talk to someone. I tried twice. There should be an easier way to stop receiving their catalogues.

This is regarding how they ship their merchandise. I cannot comment on the actual merchandise since I received a bathing suit that was too big and then asked for an exchange for another size. Since I started tracking the exchanged item by day it was first in Arizona, then Texas, made its way to Indiana, and now stuck in Ohio two days! It appears to be going by truck across the US. (I just checked and it looks as though they have a warehouse in Elkhart, Indiana, so why was it in Arizona and Texas - I live in Maryland!!) Glad I was not relying on this suit because summer will be come and gone at this rate!

The teachers in the classes are outstanding. The method is incredibly good. Not only am I learning more than I have learned using any other method, I have so much fun in class. There are even Practice Groups that allow you to practice outside of your scheduled class and those teachers are also outstanding. The student can be speaking five days a week, and can also review class videos, class notes, practice work. I cannot recommend Citizen Cafe more highly.

It was very easy to make my reservation and all went very well. One tiny thing, I received an email that said I had booked 2 rooms when I had booked 1; however, that was only one place that said that.

Every time my order arrives in a day or two! I receive auto shipments and I am prompted each time to let them know if I want to skip a shipment. Once a product was a little sour (Aloe vera) in the summer and could have happened anywhere in the delivery chain. iHerb immediately shipped another. I do not understand the negative reviews. It is the most reliable company I have every worked with, fastest shipping and has the widest variety of products.

I received a note from UPS in the mailbox saying that I had to sign for something before it would be delivered. Perhaps UPS attempted to deliver and I didn't hear the doorbell. I had no idea what it was for, but I signed it. But the Post Office did not deliver anything. Independently, I emailed Books Run to see about the book I had ordered and I received the reply that it was at the Post Office and that I had until July 17 to pick it up. So I picked it up July 11 - there have been long lines at Post Office and I was lucky to find a time that was not crowded. I have been very busy over the past few months and would have preferred that the book just be delivered inside my door. But I understand that people may have had issues with parcels being stolen or something else. So I give this 4 stars and I suppose it is really the Post Office's fault for not delivering it to me - while at the Post Office the UPS worker said the postal worker was supposed to come back and deliver the book to me. I grant that UPS is very busy these days, and not much support.
