I have dealt with Max Farkas for previous trips, and he has always been very professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. I got all 10 members of my group to use Flight-Experts and they were all very happy with the prices of our business class tickets and the quick turnaround time in issuing tickets. What an amazing tour made special by our guide. Gesa was very knowledgeable and passionate about New Zealand and her job. She made us feel like family, went over the plan for the day before we left and made modifications as necessary. For instance, we had not eaten breakfast so she took us to a little local place halfway to the coast for a wonderful breakfast. The other couple traveling with us were physically unable to do much walking so she brought chairs so they could enjoy the views while we hiked.

I love their coffee and they ship it immediately.

Columbia may have some great products but their customer support is absolutely horrible. I was placing an order on Saturday but had a question on a product. The items were all showing on sale. I found their number on the website and it said they were open Saturday from 8:00-3:00 PST so I tried to call and after being put in the que, got a recording that said call back during business hours. I called back as soon as they opened on Monday to get my question answered. When I first pulled up my cart, it showed the items still on sale, however, within minutes, the items were showing regular price. I called their customer service and spoke to a supervisor about honoring the sale since nowhere on their website did it say the sale ended on Sunday at midnight. They absolutely refused to honor the sale. Given the circumstances, I find it to be really poor customer service. Had it said anywhere the sale ended at midnight Sunday, I would have placed the order and worried about the size after I received the items. I am very disappointed.
