Life changing decision, in the very best way

We first met with Simon Smith back in June 2025, and he took the time to listen and understand where we were, what our goals were and our previous experiences.
This was a very different experience for us.
Simon continues to support us, the mentors have been highly supportive, and especially Harry, who has been with us through the highs and lows, as anyone in property knows, it's not easy.
Education has always been something I have actively pursued and invested in, whether for my career or my businesses. Our experience with Simon has been among the best I have had.
You only get out what you put in, and we have taken the advice, executed our plan, and just never given in, a key in anything you do.

I actually arrived at store before…

I actually arrived at store before opening time and the kind staff still let me in and helped me.
Got just what i was looking for, portable speaker and the service was excellent.
Every time i have ever used Richer Sounds, always have great service

Casual browsing and a new sofa

Dropped into Derby store, as we were in the area and been looking for a new sofa for quite some time. Reece approached and asked if any help was needed and we explained what we had and what we were looking for. Reece instantly put us at easy with casual manor and recommended a range to look at.
After looking at the recommended range we finally found something we liked and now looking forward to our new sofa arriving in near future.
Can’t recommend Derby SCS enough and Reece for the great customer experience and service

Good lights and improving customer service

I've purchased lights over the past 3 years, but now is the first time I've had an issue with a purchase. Before writing this I have tried to get my issue resolved, and it seems they are not interested in helping? After trying now for 3 days, as I know they are going to be busy, not getting a reply looks like my light purchase is going to remain faulty and I have wasted my money.
If I had a reply and they had sorted my issues, I would have rated 5* as the rest of their service had been great until that point

EDIT: After a delayed response, my issue has been resolved and a new part is being shipped from their suppliers (yet to arrive at writing), so in good faith, I am changing my star rating.
