Awful experience from start to finish. Over charged several times, no communication. in competent staff. If dealing with sam wade trust you will never get anything resolved. He will promise you the world and do nothing.
If you request your telephone data to hold them accountable Yvonne James will remove any important phone calls or better yet just ignore you.

Again promised the world by Ryan and not a single one of his jobs completed. Utter waste of time. I was ready to leave Epos Now after experiencing a month of poor customer service, but then I was connected with Ryan Firth. He was incredibly helpful, resolving everything quickly and efficiently. The level of customer service he provided was second to none, and he took care of all our issues promptly. I’m grateful for his support and the excellent service he delivered!

App 4 has been great for our business. Streamlining sales and all analytics has made our process’ so much easier.

The support team are hand 24/7 and any changes or tweaks to the back office are made immediately.

We have been working with ‘Rowan’ who has been great. Her communication is second to none, any work she’s been given has been done promptly but most importantly she is on hand at all times.

The final selling point for us is the fact the ceo and founder is on deck daily and the firm is very much owner operated which makes a huge difference.
