FAKE PUBLICITY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. Liars who are only saving themselves so they don't have to take responsibility. I especially want to mention "Sam" (June 3) and "Cindy" (June 4). These two people should be in the theater, as they are perfect for diverting the show to wherever they want. False advertising. The banner says that if you pay before a "specific time" you will receive your order the next day. I've ordered three times from the website, and not a single day did it arrive the next day. Everyone had a problem with the delivery, and no one even offered a possible solution. Just automated responses without thinking about the customer. Very unprofessional, and you can tell they aren't happy working in customer service. P.S.: You can find a job you're truly passionate about! Don't work with people if you're not good at it!

Customer service HORRIBLE

Customer service HORRIBLE. Im trying to solve a problem with my Esim contact by email and whatsapp AND NO ONE IS WORKING. I have screenshots and evidences about THEY DONT CARE THEY JUST WANT MONEY!!!
Im my case the contact person who "was helping" is MARIAM
but she dont do nothing to help me, just keep me in the line for hours

THE WORST

THE WORST, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY MAKE THE IMPOSSIBLE TO SCAM YOU AND IMPOSSIBLE CONTACT WITH THEM IN ENGLISH. COSTUMER SERVICE IS SAME AS NOTHING. BETTER PUT YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE BETTER THAN IN ASR. IM TRYING TO CANCELL MY INSURANCE AND IS IMPOSSIBLE CONTACT WITH THEM, THEY CUT THE CALLS AND DONT CARE. AFTER 30 MIN CALLING, THEY CUT MY CONVERSATION AND NO MORE. HORRIBLE

EDIT: THEY STILL NO HELPING. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!
