FAKE PUBLICITY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. Liars who are only saving themselves so they don't have to take responsibility. I especially want to mention "Sam" (June 3) and "Cindy" (June 4). These two people should be in the theater, as they are perfect for diverting the show to wherever they want. False advertising. The banner says that if you pay before a "specific time" you will receive your order the next day. I've ordered three times from the website, and not a single day did it arrive the next day. Everyone had a problem with the delivery, and no one even offered a possible solution. Just automated responses without thinking about the customer. Very unprofessional, and you can tell they aren't happy working in customer service. P.S.: You can find a job you're truly passionate about! Don't work with people if you're not good at it!
