I tried Oxio and their basic internet service was fine, but the telephone (VOIP) had to be rebooted every time there is a power outage so I canceled the service and went to Videotron to have a regular land line. I closed the account and returned their equipment (modem, router, VOIP and television tuner with the mailing label they provided me with. They received the equipment on June 27, 2023 ( I have a Canada Post receipt). They said there was nothing in the box even though they received it, I can only conclude they are either lying or incompetant. Now they have turned the bill over to a collection agency, which will be a pain to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, you will regret it.
