My Advice? Avoid at all costs.
I can't believe this company has so many five star reviews, from my experience they are hopeless. The payment system on the website is very flawed, I wish now that I'd given up when that didn't work but foolishly I persevered and managed to pay for a bike. That was two weeks ago and other than getting emailed an acknowledgment of my order that's all I've heard. No bike, no contact from Bikester or their delivery partners, a tracking number that doesn't work, a customer helpline that isn't answered, a customer help email address that just automatically sends an acknowledgment of your message but doesn't attempt to solve your issue. They also haven't responded to facebook or Instagram messages, maybe I should send them a letter? I don't know what's going on there, maybe they are in financial trouble or something, if it wasn't for all the positive reviews on Trustpilot I'd think it was a scam website. I shall be reporting the transaction as fraudulent to my bank. Avoid at all costs, I'd score them minus 10,000 stars out of five if I could, utterly useless.
EDIT: One week later, still no bike, or any suggestion of when one might arrive, been offered a £29 refund if it ever arrives... Have requested a full refund.
