No customer service phone number to iron out problems!!

This company refuses to take any returns even though there website clearly states a 14-day return policy. The shirts I purchased at $70 were nowhere near the shirts pictured in the ad. When I emailed them for a return label they responded:
"Due to the high return shipping costs, to save you time and money, we recommend that you keep the package.
We would like to refund you $7
You can keep it, or you can give it to someone in need around you, or even sell it to a second-hand store for some income.
At the same time, we will provide a discount code, which you can use on your next purchase.

Fair warning; do not purchase anything from this company if you might like to return it for any reason at any time.

The two gentlemen who installed my LeafFilter did a commendable job being prompt, professional and diligent! When an area of the house was inaccessible due to the inadequacy of their ladder, they returned the very next morning to complete the job. Two thumbs up for Ziek and his partner!

However, scheduling the installation was a complete joke! Twice I scheduled installation and twice I was stood up without so much as a phone call to explain or reschedule. How rude! By the way Ziek and his partner were not a part of the scheduling fiasco.
