Highly recommended for freelancers

This really is a great tool for freelancers who don't have much accounting knowledge. The customer support is really good, friendly and fast! I use the free version which in itself is already good. There is place for some minor improvement, but they are always open to suggestions.
The invoicing tool, combined with bank account integration, is really useful.

All round satisfied

Great product (even though the first was faulty bought from a different supplier). Buying directly from SteamOne was definitely the answer. Product arrived quickly and as expected. Well packaged & in good condition. I haven't needed to use support, but hopefully that will not be needed.

Great platform to give honest reviews & share experiences with other potential customers. Since some recent bad experiences I've started using Trustpilot and have since avoided some bad purchases and made some really good ones. Thank you, Trustpilot.

About as bad as it could be

They get the one star because I received what I ordered, eventually & the small/simple Kate Lamp seems quite nice. Everything else is pretty much terrible.
First delivery I received 2 of 4 boxes.
Communication is terrible, if at all.
The quality of the products are REALLY BAD! I'm pretty good with DIY, but assembling this really bad made item was so frustrating and in the end the pieces didn't fit well together with some parts bending due to bad measurements in production.

I've emailed them today, but based on previous lack of communication, I doubt they will reply. So instead I am writing this very honest review.

I just wish I had read other reviews here before buying.

Update: "SKLUM would like some information regarding your review"

I have an idea - please check the email I sent you with all the information. This reply just goes to show the kind of customer service you are giving.

Update: And the Sklum social media team can not contact the internal department who should have responded to my email? They will have all my details.

Update: Still no contact from Sklum. How soon is "shortly"? Once again confirming my thoughts regarding the terrible service.

Update 17/10/21: As expected still no update from anybody in Sklum and I am still stuck with useless items which will end up on a dump soon. They say you get what you paid for, with Sklum you don't even get what you paid for. Wasted my money, please don't do the same!

Update 19/10/21: This has been going on since the beginning of October and no solution yet. These useless items are going to end up in the trash and I'll need to contact my bank to do a chargeback.
Further to the previous quality issues I mentioned, today when vacuuming the rug, the "yarn" started falling out. I want this rubbish out of my house and a refund.

Final update 03/12/2021:
I never heard back from anybody at Sklum. I will absolutely never purchase from them again and hope you will not either. Seriously, please save yourself the frustration and don't waste your money.
