BUYER BEWARE!

This company has very poor communication. I ordered a bed frame. I received a confirmation saying my order was "processing". No other communication. I followed up with an email and was told my bed frame would ship in 30-35 days. 35 days passed. I wrote and was told it would be another 30 days. They did not address me correctly in the email indicating to me that their first language is unlikely english or it is a bot. I have requested a refund, with no response and filed a claim with my credit card company.
