I liked some of the features would not recom.

I liked some of the features like ways to purchase sets shown. I fou d the plateform difficult to navigate. Very disappointed with lack of customer service. Sadly, I am not tech savvy and ended up with several unwanted charges us was unaware of. I was told their was nothing they could do to refund the charges. I was told t
I had to actively use the platform 7 days before I could cancel and request refund. I sent requested screen shot. I received no refund (s). Poor service. I would not recommend.

I will not use this service again

I will not use this service again. No customer service. Contacted them to request a switch to the date and time about 20/30 minutes after the 24 hour cxl policy. My partner had blisters all over the bottom of her feet, so a walking tour was out of question. We were at the theater late, walked a great deal. By the time we returned to the hotel my partners feet were a mess. Hurt. I did not ask for a refund. I asked to move the date to November because we were coming back to NY. Not very accommodating. Customer service remains very important for reasonable request.
