Vistry homes aftercare is a joke. Boiler problem. Wait in all day for an engineer (house is 12 months old) to be told engineer attempted to call. My house is covered in cctv and we have a ring door bell. Blatant lies.

I had some challenges with feather and black delivery but after raising a complaint, they restored my faith in the company and provided a generous goodwill gesture for convenience caused

Ordered on the 14th April. Advised delivery within 2 working days. Now its the 28th April and still no order. Phone lines not working due to technical difficulties and nobody responding to webchat. Take your money, dont send goods and no way to contact. Do not touch the company with a barge pole
Chris at Milton Keynes the mortgage store has been phenomenal. No matter how many questions I raised, he always had time and nothing was ever a bother. His communication was second to none and succeeded in getting us a mortgage we could afford for our dream home

Further to my last 1 star review and the response suggesting “the relevant team now being in touch” about the road that’s been unfinished with raised iron works at the wickets in earls barton……another month has passed and nothing has changed. The customer experience from after sales on David Wilson is a joke. This is the response from the relevant team “I completely understand your concerns….Unfortunately, I don’t have any definite dates at the moment, however, I have forwarded your email over to the senior management team involved in the remediations of this”…..I’d say that’s a lot of words saying absolutely nothing. Absolute joke. Last house built a year ago and roads still not finished nor fit for purpose

I bought a David Wilson house at the wickets in earls barton 4 years ago. The site was completed a year ago and the roads are still incomplete with raised ironworks left: I will never buy a David Wilson again… they’re after service is shocking

After receiving the response below and having no internet for one week and cannot get through on the telephone number due to waiting over an hour I was passed from agent to agent to agent - problem still not resolved.
Do no touch virgin media - hours and hours of time wasted
Told to call back - still no resolution
WORST CUSTOMER SERVIXE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE
asked to make a formal complaint and I was ignored - I’m pretty sure that’s not complaint… let’s see what the social team say to this

I bought a Hadley at the wickets estate in earls barton. The two sues (sue farmer and sue Buckby) looked after me through the sale process and were wonderful, very accommodating and I was probably a pest! They couldn’t do enough. Any snags I have had in the two years have been attended to quickly and efficiently. I would never buy from another builder. The experience was great and I cannot recommend David Wilson enough. You pay extra for quality and service and it’s definitely worth it. I’ve heard horror stories from other builders.

The worst experience of my life. Ordered a tree and paid for next day delivery at a premium. Arrived a week later. Tree faulty. One section didn’t fit and lights faulty. Emailed customer service. Got email a week later asking for video or photos. Told them to forget it as Xmas would be over by time resolved. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
