1 star is too much. Anyone wanting to take out finance with this company, think again. They have taken our car without informing us and selling it at auction. YOU have been warned. We’ve been given the runaround from our warranty company, who arranged to take our car for a new engine to Hatfield Jaguar Liverpool. They had had it over a year, warranty company kept promising to sort, messing us about. You should know we have been in constant touch with startline, Hatfield Jaguar and the warranty company about this and they have taken our car, won’t give it back unless we pay an extortionate amount of money. I only found out the car had been taken from Hatfield Jaguar when it was online for sale by auction at Manheim Manchester. I am not missing out important details. We were not informed of this decision. We are expected to still pay for the car. Be warned, if it can happen to us it can happen to anyone. It’s in the hands of a solicitor
