Did not recieve my item. Just really good at marketing but not customer service.
I purchased this after seeing an ad on Instagram. While their marketing is excellent, the customer service has been very disappointing. I ordered a jump rope on Black Friday, and it’s now nearly Christmas, yet I still haven’t received my item. I contacted them by email and was told it was “on the way,” even after two weeks, despite the tracking clearly showing that the package is lost.
I understand that items can get lost in transit and that this isn’t always the company’s fault, but clear and timely communication is essential. I’m still waiting for a response regarding whether a refund will be processed.
