I was told before I bought $1000’s of dollars of coins from
Global Coins by my salesman Timothy that they would sell my coins I bought for me at a great mark up after a year. Well one year went by and not a word. Took a year to sell one coin for a nominal mark up. Timothy got sick so I talked to the owner about my promises I was made. He said Timothy had no right to say that and the company would not honor his promises. He did offer to buy one coin I just bought for a $2700 loss. I contacted several auctions and they all said I got ripped off and could get a maximum of 50% value that I paid. I’m a sucker for believing Global Coins and like PT Barnum said, A sucker was born every minute. I regret ever dealing with this lying company that will cause me to lose over $50,000

I had intermittent problems with Our Place toaster oven. Wasn’t expecting much with help from Our Place. They were in good contact with me but I was close to the end of our year warranty. After several emails they said they were sending a replacement. So nice to know that there are a few companies that actually care about helping customers instead of finding excuses why they cannot help you. Could not recommend the product or customer service more!!

I got my bulk coins after 2.5 weeks. Very disappointed when you pay $160 for four ounces. I called them on a Friday and they said they would call me Monday. After almost two weeks not a word. I called again and they said they couldn’t return silver
Total rip off and terrible customer service. Will never buy again from them
