This company is a complete fraud, and they were able to fool Travel and Leisure Magazine into featuring one of their "products" in an email communique. Fortunately my bank recognized it was fraudulent and notified me immediately, thus voiding the transaction. The "vendor" listed on my credit card temporary authorizations was completely different from what Travel and Leisure was promoting and the price listed completely different as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Use CAUTION with a CAPITAL C. They are fraudsters. They accept your credit card info then say that the transaction could be processed because of their system being down and to try again. My bank immediately called me to say they HAD tried to put through the charge but they denied the charge (Thank you Barclay Bank) as a fraud attempt. These are VERY bad people. Scum sucking fraudsters. BEWARE

They are one of the best customer service companies I have ever dealt with. Answered my questions promptly and courteously. They go the extra mile

I just received notice that I was receiving this voucher as an award, and thus far the customer service I have experienced was very good. While I am awaiting official notification via mail, their team was very speedy in their reply to me.

A prompt, kind and informative response was provided by Laura Sweeney in EQ's U.K. office. Their U.S. Office could learn some much needed customer service skills from the U.K. Office.

The gift was a big surprise and everyone laughed out loud when the butterflies came flying out. The cake was good too. Totally worth it, especially for that someone who may be hard to shop for.
