Felt very assured from the phone call until the mechanic left me. I was asked by francesca if I was alone and vulnerable and also if myself or my mom suffered with any medical conditions. The mechanic arrived within an hour and got me back on the road within 5 minutes. Excellent service from start to finish can highly recommend.

Never again! I was quoted £76.50 for my old Samsung s9 phone sent it away believing it was in pretty good condition and surprise surprise when it gets there the screen has screen burn (this wasn't mentioned as one of the criteria and I didn't even know this could happen) so the price has been reduced to £20. I've accepted this but I'm very unhappy. I won't be this gullible again and use this company. I feel like I've been conned. Mazuma you need to be clearer on conditions!! 😡😡
