Poor customer service

The food procesor is amazing. However I am very disappointed becuase one of the items was damaged on arrival so I emailed customer services (10 days ago) and I have still not received a reply.

Customer service not the best

The products are great, but my first time ever ordering direct was not the best experience. Half of my order arrived, but I did not receive an email to explain where the other half was. After a couple of weeks I emailed customer service and was told the items are out of stock. Why was this not communicated immeditately when only half was sent out? I even had to email again to ask for a refund. The quality of the products push the score up to a 3.
