Received door with a missing setscrew and Larson was not very concerned about getting me a replacement

Received door with a missing setscrew for the handle. Ordered a replacement after waiting 15 min on the phone. Was told it would not ship for 2 weeks. 3 weeks later still no setscrew. Contacted them again and a very un-concerned "Marisa" was no help. Said it was backordered. I asked if the handle itself could be sent. She said "we only replace the part that's missing." Oh and the expected delivery date is now another 5 weeks - for a total of about 2 months.

Review of Quicken

Do a better job of memorizing…

Do a better job of memorizing categories assigned to specific transactions. Nothing has really changed or innovated with quicken in 30 years. I only still use it because I don't want to go through the hassle of converting to another system. Offer more innovative features to track where my money is going. Lead me through it. "Reports" are still the same as they were decades ago. Help me find why something isn't balancing. Let me know when strange transactions appear. All kinds of things can be improved.

Review of Lingopie

Good companion to Duolingo

Like using lingopie - it's a nice complement to Duolingo. The exercises aren't quite as sophisticated as Duo but it's really good to be able to observe actual french through the netflix portal. Haven't tried the group lessons yet.

Promised "30 day hassle free return" is a lie

Website promised "30 day hassle free" returns. It has now taken multiple emails, many of which were ignored, to try and request one. First they requested "pictures and videos" of the unit. (??) Then, responses like this "we hope that you do not return it, we will not be able to resell it after you return it, which will be a great loss." First they said I would be responsible for shipping. Fine. THEN they said I'd be charged for "product depreciation," claiming that's according to their 'return policy," something they have not been able to share with me. STILL they have sent no information on where to send the unit. Definitely NOT "hassle free"
