Scam

Who is this focus finance.
Co.uk.
June 30th £3.99 was deducted from account without my consent. What did I buy thatI am.payong direct debit. My warning was ignored. On the 1st of August another £3.99 was removed. I need to let my bank stop this unrecognised deduction

My name is Mary oshati. My account was frozen since October 2023. It has been under review since then. If the account is permanently frozen without a notice to withdraw my money. Can I claim my money in the account. This is March.
Sent messages several times no reply. This is what some.mobile banks do. Close the account without returning the money
