I am locked out of online banking…

I am locked out of online banking because I don't have a functioning cellphone.
Their site says they will *call* you with a verification code, but I was informed by one of their employees that this code will never work. You MUST have a cellphone.
I'm not a technophobe; I'm just not in a position to get an active cellphone at the moment.

Do NOT recommend buying from this company

If I could give a "no-star" review to this company, I would. I bought two purses from them. One was damaged upon arrival -- a broken zipper that was quite visible through the plastic. The second was not the purse I ordered. I made repeated attempts to get replacements. They asked me to send videos of my trying to use the zipper, and every time I did they had an excuse as to why they couldn't view the video. Early on in our communication they stopped mentioning the other purse at all.
Products are rubbish and 'customer service' is nonexistent.
