Experience so far
During the order of the Beginner bundle I've received a notification to expect little delay - it was still during a big promotion campaign so it was expected, but I did received the package within mentioned time frame. The quality of the ropes is superior, but I had issues with the app - I wasn't able to start any course and was asked for subscription even though a Lifetime access for the app is included in the bundle, so I've reached out support. They've replied me pretty quickly and did solved my issue successfully. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the experience I had so far with the company (shipment, quality of the products, support resonsivness & knowledge) and wish them many more conquered peaks!
