Received a faulty picture frame

Received a faulty picture frame, emailed 3 times to notify and request for a new frame or refund, no response received.

No update on delivery, missed deadline

I ordered an item on 4th of April, 2023, delivery was delayed and the item was supposed to arrive 22-26th of April. No update on the order, customer service have not responded.

I would like an update urgently on the order, or a refund!
