WORST RENTALEXPERIENCE EVER

WORST RENTALEXPERIENCE EVER, I DO NOTRECOMMEND. Reserved a vehicle for medical appointment, called and confirmed reservation day before and was told everything is fine. When I showed up for my rental the agent said no vehicle available and in fact there was a 2 week waiting list. He offered no help finding a solution and in fact said "this is the normal*. He also stated that enterprise will always say there is a vehicle available and reserve one, even when no vehicles are. I called customer service and after speaking with a rep, I was told the matter would be escalated and a regional manager would get back to me within an hour and they will find a solution, even if it means shuttling me to another location with available vehicles and if I don't get a call back in 2hrs to call again. I called back after 2hrs and was told same thing. It's the next day now and I've missed my appointment and still haven't heard back from them. WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Review of Muck Boot

Muck Boots haven't arrived after 30days

Ordered a pair of Muck Boots on Amazon over 1 month ago and still haven't received them. Now I received a message we will email you when we have an expected delivery date. How can a company run like this, It's winter now. I do not recommend buying online but the reason I did is after having an issue with my last pair and contacting Muck they advised me to order online for easier warranty claim if needed. Was very difficult to get warranty after neoprene and rubber separated. At this time I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND

TDOT BAD EXPERIENCE

Recently purchased a set of 4 tires online from TDOT, order was processed and charged to credit card, days later message received tires not available and 800 number to call. After being transferred twice I was told not all products are available and no substitutions, all other sets cost more, they tell me this is stated in policy, I tell them it's false advertising and misleading as well as promt for 5% discount for subscribing to newsletter which only apply to certain brands also misleading as well as boxing day sale, again only certain brands, again misleading. Service rep also tries downplaying but out right lying, states repeatedly they are a small business which is not true, tdot is a large buisness that is a 3rd party seller. I strongly DO NO RECOMMEND. Do not waste your time as I did. Hope this helps. Goodluck.

No customer service

Only 2 tellers on Friday of long weekend and slowest I've seen. Completely unexceptable. Bmo manager should be deeply ashamed of this service. 12 people in line that hasn't moved in 10mins. Tellers spend so much time sitting, stand, walk to supervisor and back that they are getting no production. Time for a management consultant or close up for good.

Amazon's God complex

Trying to return a cell phone booster that doesn't work, amazon refuses to use the carrier that delivered the product and refuses to provide a QR code for Canada Post return and Puralator drop off is over a hour away from me. When asking why the customer rep starts yelling and hangs up phone, 2 reps same response, absolutely unacceptable behavior, we must all stop using Amazon before they gain too much control. This company is doing no good for our future. Please follow suit and start buying local. Thanks
