Unsatisfactory Customer Support

LeaseRunner provides a Customer Service phone number, but no one ever answers and you can't leave a message. It's just an outgoing message telling you to email them. You are stuck with email support, which is the least effective form of support. After a few emails to and from their representative, I was left with a clear and unsatisfactory explanation as to why rent takes 8 days to deposit into a landlord's account. They say it only takes 5 days, but that's only if the rent payment is timed perfectly; otherwise, it takes a lot longer. If you don't care when you get you money, it's an okay site.

Save Your Time & Money: Vidyard is a Waste of Both

The salesperson, Nely, was nice. After that, this company is all disappointment. Technology didn't work when I upgraded from free to Pro. Customer support was neither concerned about me as a customer nor supportive. They have no chat feature for free/Pro plan users. Their support is supposed to email you a response to your support issue, but it has been several hours since I submitted my inquiry, and I still haven't received a response. When I expressed my frustration with customer support on their chat, their rep told me I didn't have access because I was only on the Pro plan. I told him that was disappointing, and he sent me the URL to the Pro Plan stating that I didn't have access to the chat. I certainly didn't need to read it after he had told me. When I told him that I was very frustrated and dissatisfied with their product and their so-called support, and that I planned to leave a negative review, representative Steve Gagnon told me rather sarcastically to have a nice day and ended the chat immediately. This technology and this company are not ready for primetime. Save your time and your money. Vidyard is a waste of both.
