Unsatisfactory Customer Support
LeaseRunner provides a Customer Service phone number, but no one ever answers and you can't leave a message. It's just an outgoing message telling you to email them. You are stuck with email support, which is the least effective form of support. After a few emails to and from their representative, I was left with a clear and unsatisfactory explanation as to why rent takes 8 days to deposit into a landlord's account. They say it only takes 5 days, but that's only if the rent payment is timed perfectly; otherwise, it takes a lot longer. If you don't care when you get you money, it's an okay site.
