Absolutely diabolical company and service. Don't buy from them or use there service department. Booked a car in for service and mot. They didn't fix the known fault it went in with, and passed an mot with said fault which is an mot failure. Apparently it was working at time of mot. Baring in mind they had the car for 4days! Funny how it wasn't working before or after. Staff couldn't care less ,said would contact to arrange booking in to fix. Over a week later I had to contact them. Absolute joke please buy your cars and have them serviced elsewhere. I fully suspect they knew the car had this fault when they sold it,hence why they also passed it with this fault.

Review of DPD UK
Didn't deliver all my parcels even though clearly marked one of two on label. Driver knocked on door and within 10 seconds had left, not waiting to have the door answered.So now left without the item I needed and the hassle of sorting this out.
