I sh rate Visible a 5; but I’m not that overwhelmed, but certainly well satisfied.
I came from another secondary provider using another network, which billed annually to get their best price. That offered 5g max data. I was hardly using even that data; but twice in a year I went over, and so was always anxiety checking.
Visible offers unlimited data and monthly billing for only a couple $ more. My WF credit card insures my phone if I pay last month’s bill with theirs. Bingo - great deal.
No network or slowdown issues that I notice; but then I’m only an intermittent casual user.

What a nightmare Cust Svc…except for Kameron.

First - Kameron was responsive and thorough in his resolution. Thank you Kameron.

Problems:
1. It took over a week to get any response to my online request (tickets not showing, Request (#9265194)).
2. Prior to that I called customer service - twice. When I finally got someone, I swear it felt like I was talking to school kids who thought it was fun to f..k around with me. Suggestion: do a mystery-shopper campaign on your customer service to see what I mean.
3.) When your staff asks what credit card was used, it might help to explain the order mighta come thru Apple Pay; and explain how to find the Apple Pay card #. In my case, the charge showed up in my Costco Visa card, but for whatever reason I charged it through Apple Pay.
